I’m a health care worker and I am constantly on the go at work and at home. Sometimes at night, I can’t relax enough to sleep or turn my brain off. I’ve always dismissed herbal supplements but this has actually helped me get off of my prescribed anxiety meds. I sleep better and I feel more calm during the day. My kids have noticed that I’ve been nicer too! It’s really changed my life.
